Groups may not promote violence against, directly attack, or threaten other people in their fundraising efforts on the basis of:

Sexual orientation
Gender
Gender identity
Religious affiliation
Age
Disability
Serious disease
Veteran status

We will also disband Groups whose cause is inciting or supporting harm toward other people on the basis of these categories.

Examples of Groups that we will disband include, but are not limited to, Groups who harass or support the harassment of individuals or groups of people with:

violent threats
wishes for the physical harm, disease, or death of individuals or people
references to mass murder, violent events, or specific means of violence in which such people have been the primary targets or victims
behavior that incites or supports fear of a protected group of people
repeated and/or nonconsensual slurs, epithets, racist and sexist tropes, or other related conduct that degrades an individual or a group of people

If you encounter a Group that violates these rules, please report them to us immediately. Here Is My Coupon reserves the right to disband any Group without prior notice.

You agree not to use the Services in violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation or any third party right (including but not limited to intellectual property rights). You agree to comply with all export laws, restrictions, and regulations of the United States or your country of residence.
