SUMMARY

The Outreach Representative is the heart of the company, promoting HIMC's exceptional value to its various member Groups. This position is relationship-driven with high earning potential. You are responsible for growing revenue within a designated territory while developing business relationships and servicing client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Outreach Representative, you will cultivate new accounts through cold calling, telemarketing,networking, and giving face-to-face outreach presentations to potential Groups. In promoting HIMC's innovative and exciting offerings, you will work toward corporate and bonus quota and revenue standards (team and individual).

Under the supervision of the Outreach Manager, you will work along side 3 other Outreach Representatives, and a Customer Support Representative in a team environment. This position requires someone who is very self-motivated, results-driven, assertive, and confident. Candidates must be enthusiastic and people-oriented with a drive to make new contacts. They must have strong powers of persuasion and excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Candidates must be team players who are comfortable in fast-paced environments and dedicated to providing unsurpassed sales and service.

SUMMARY:

1. This highly motivated individual will actively oversee and participate in our marketing and public relations endeavors to effectively represent our services to customers and prospective users. They will also play a leading role in the expansion of our customer base and existing customer retention. They will use analysis and marketing tools available to advertise our services not only through our websites and email, but also through Internet portals and third party search engine optimization firms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review literature in the assigned marketing project and, previous marketing materials to gather materials of competitive companies in the field
• Research, write, and develop sketches of supporting graphics, and consult with printing firm representatives on needs of particular project
• Draft speeches for management and reviews proposed speeches with the executive
• Develop direct mail programs, as dictated by assignment, monitor roll-out of the campaign, and check for success at conclusion
• Help develop draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials
• Conduct market analysis and generate target lists
• Identify and create local business contacts
• Act as marketing advocate and information resource to raise awareness
• Staff company booth or exhibit at trade and community fairs

SUMMARY:

Our sales support professional is responsible for selling and supporting HIMC working independently, alone, or in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop strong connections with the broader social media world and with social networking websites.
• Develop a social media strategy to increase visibility, membership, and traffic across HIMC.
• Execute key strategies and manage social media tactics that drive engagement,build community, and engage our community.
• Regularly monitor and appropriately apply social media tools, trends, and applications to increase the use of social media.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, apps, and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
• Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts
• Become a brand ambassador and advocate in the social media space, engaging in dialogues with our audience.
• Schedule and coordinate daily social media posts across all social media channels including YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and Twitter.
• Implement and build strategic partnerships and relationships with other brands, creators,and bloggers.
• Educate the management team on incorporating relevant social media techniques into HIMC's products and services.
• Help make strategic recommendations, and provide on-going education and best practices on the effectiveness of social media campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

SUMMARY:

This individual will develop text for marketing materials, website pages, and any other necessary documents as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write and edit engaging material for HIMC
• Work closely with team members to help create a consistent voice across the website and in print materials
• Work with team members to develop new text based on HIMC services
• Contribute content and versatility to print and online communications materials
• Produce marketing and educational copy as needed
• Write internal (speeches, memos) and external (fact sheets, backgrounders) communications

SUMMARY:

The Software Engineer/Programmer is responsible for creating and maintaining online databases and programs to conduct HIMC's servics and/or creating and maintaining the user interface for the HIMC website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with program leads and business analysts to understand and refine the requirements for selling and marketing services online
• Transform business rules into use cases and logical scenarios for controlling event-driven interactions between site visitors and content
• Configure promotions, user profiles, and scenarios
• Manage content repositories (catalogs, price lists, web content, images,etc.)
• Identify new and innovative ways to serve customer needs through websites
• Perform corrective maintenance to the website, including fixing broken links, adding missing documents, correcting missing data tags, and removing/updating outdated content
• Prepare specific analyses and status reports on request
• Maintain up-to-date and, accurate descriptions of major processes and data structures
• Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Translate technical and non-technical requirements into prototypes, screen flows, and page layouts
• Coordinate site architecture plans

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding of logical data models is a plus
• Able to define use cases and scenarios
• A solid understanding of web application technology, including: using templates, HTML, JavaScript, scripting language (e.g. SQL), ASP, PHP, Windows, and UNIX applications along with current technologies
• Previous experience developing and/or supporting solutions on UNIX, WinNT, Web (HTML/Browser)
• Expertise with relational databases or other database technologies, SQL, and various platforms along with current technologies
• Solid understanding of IP network services and protocols
• Familiar with programming using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
